Data Visualisation Consultant

We are currently calling all visual storytellers as we are looking to fill multiple positions in our team at the mid to senior levels. As a consultant, you will be supported and trained to become a leading Data Specialist involved in challenging projects from start to end. Putting your professional mark on work.  

Technical Requirements for the role:

  • – Experience in accessing/ingesting data from various data sources; both on-premises and cloud-based technologies. 
  • – Extensive experience in PowerBI, DAX and PowerQuery (M-query) is a must! 
  • – Extensive experience in business-focused data modelling is a must! 
  • – Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qlik and other visualisation tools are highly advantageous.

Other Requirements:

  • – Relevant tertiary qualifications are highly advantageous  
  • – Microsoft/AWS certifications are highly advantageous 
  • – Experience in the broader data analytics landscape (methoology, and ecosystems including Azure, AWS, GCP, and on-premises) is highly advantageous 
  • – Previous experience in working as a consultant is highly desirable 
  • – Understanding usability and how to turn data into readable insights 
  • – Ability to tell a story using Data 
  • – Experience creating business-friendly data models & interactive visualisations 
  • – Ability to understand and solve client business problems by using Data and Analytical solutions drawing upon suitable methodologies and technologies  
  • – An obvious passion for data and analytics with the desire to learn and discover new and better ways to solve business problems  
  • – Excellent English written and verbal communication skills 
  • – Well-developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated prior experience working in a client-facing role  
  • – Exceptional ability to build and further develop relationships with key clients  
  • – Highly developed project delivery skills  
  • – You must hold a current police clearance or be willing to obtain one at short notice
